From the Mailbag:

I thought I’d send you a couple pic’s from a hunt I went on in 2012. It was a Moose/Grizzly hunt in Northern British Columbia. The rifle is a winchester Mod. 70 in 338 win. mag with an absolutely beautiful accurate innovations walnut stock made by you all. It had been raining for a couple days including the day I shot my moose. I shot him once at a measured 454 yards, a great testament to your product. Three days later I took a Boone & Crockett Grizzly at 260 yards. The guide begged me to sell him my rifle.

Thanks for producing a product that allows "Old School" guys like me to enjoy the beauty and tradition of a walnut stock without sacrificing any performance.

Sincerely,

Ebb Flynt

P.S. couldn’t resist including couple more pic’s from a stone sheep hunt a couple years earlier. The rifle is a Pre 64 winchester mod. 70 in 270 cal. with another beautiful accurate innovations stock. That day, as is common in Northern B.C. we suffered through about 8 hours of intermittent rain, sleet, and believe it or not snow as we waited for the ram to feed into range. This was on the very last afternoon of a 14 day hunt. I had one shot or go home skunked, not the situation you want to be worried about whether or not your stock has warped from all the  moisture enough to cause a miss. The shot was 318 yards.
